It is with a grateful heart and a passion for healing that I welcome you to my practice Massage by Tracey J. As I practice my own self care, I developed a love for adventure, nature, and a strong sense of connection. Whether kayaking or watching sunsets I find inspiration in nature’s rhythms and bring that grounding energy into my practice. These qualities shine in my work, where my passion lies not only in healing but also in empowering clients to embrace self-care and self-healing as a way of life. My approach is deeply personal—I listen not only to your words but also to the subtle cues of your body and energy to craft treatments that go beyond relaxation, fostering true healing and self-love. I offer a luxury spa experience with the convenience of mobile services, ensuring a nurtured feeling in every way.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My mother hails from Texas and my father from California so my brother and I were lucky enough to experience the best of both worlds: the charm of country living and the beauty of the sandy beaches. Growing up in an adventurous family we were always on the move. I was surrounded by a large loving network of cousins, aunts and uncles and there was always something exciting to look forward to. Over the years my family has grown, bringing new personalities and beautiful souls into our lives and I truly cherish every single one of them.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I began studying Massage Therapy at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. Initially, it was challenging to earn the income I needed so I transitioned into the corporate world and thrived in the aerospace industry. I had the opportunity to participate in incredible projects, even visiting the Houston control room and working with the rocket and satellite teams from SpaceX . Though thrilling, my heart wasn’t in it. Eventually, I returned to my roots and attended CalCopa in Huntington Beach to rekindle my passion for massage therapy. I’m so grateful for this path because my heart truly sings when I’m engaged in healing work. In 2019, I established my practice focusing primarily on women and families. During the covid pandemic I was able to help by offering cupping and lymphatic services to help detoxify and heal the body. It was astonishing to be able to support so many clients and I’m grateful that many of them continue to trust me with their wellness to this day. My practice has since expanded, and I now offer mobile services to Newport Beach and surrounding areas. I bring a full spa experience to my clients and customize each treatment with a range of modalities and natural products. As a highly intuitive healer and empath, I’ve also grown into providing energy healing, crystals, and herbs. My career is my greatest passion and I thrive in an environment dedicated to the healing and well-being of our community.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Gulfstream, Newport Landing, Rusty Pelican

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
Newport Beach has always been my home. I grew up on the docks of Newport Dunes catching fish and cruising around in the dinghy. We were wild and free, running and swimming in the back bay. I moved around a little during my twenties but always found my way back home to Newport Beach.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
I would have to say one of my clients, Deborah Morales. She is the founder of Iconomy Multimedia & Entertainment Group and a strategist businesswoman. Deborah excels in marketing and communications, but I believe her biggest attribute is her humor and hospitality. Given that she works with celebrities, her style is always on point, and she is quick to help someone follow through with their dreams. She is an all-around fabulous woman and I truly enjoy spending time with her.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
I rarely watch the tv, I am usually socializing or down the rabbit hole learning something new on TikTok. If I had to pick one though, Friends is my all-time go to, and I always laugh at every joke.

Authenticity is the highest vibration and the most powerful frequency we can emit.

Would love to travel to Dubai and immerse myself in the culture of luxury.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Thriving in my practice and traveling while learning and providing holistic healings at various retreat locations; South Africa, Costa Rica, Panama, and Portugal are top on my list.

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I spent most of my summers living on our boat in Catalina. We would leave as soon as we got out of school and return when summer was over, and I still visit to this day. Some of my best memories are of snorkeling the kelp beds, catching fish and lobster for dinner and bonfires in secret coves. I feel free and one with nature when I am out on the ocean.

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
My dream is to travel on a lear jet. My Dad was a pilot so we would always eat at private airports and watch the jets take off and land. I love to travel, and a lear jet would be ideal.

Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My bestie Whitney. She is a girl’s girl, and our conversations are so motivating and uplifting. We are always sharing the best new products or working to improve our businesses and personal goals. It’s the best experience to enjoy all the good and the bad with someone who genuinely cares and has the best intentions for you. Nothing beats a Bestie!

A comfy cozy sanctuary.
