Hi, I’m Michele, nice to meet you! I am a Mind Body Health Coach and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner. I was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up Middle Eastern shaped my love for food, culture, music and travel. As a kid, I got to travel a lot and explore different parts of the world. My grandmother’s delicious Mediterranean food influenced my palate at a young age and raised my standards for quality food. When I’m not working, you’ll find me creating in my kitchen, walking or riding my bike on the beach and spending time with my fur baby. I’ve always been into health and fitness, even in high school I valued running and taking care of my health. As I got older, my passion for health and wellness grew stronger after experiencing a health scare. Holistic health was a big part of my journey and it really opened my eyes to the root cause of illness. After healing myself from autoimmune and digestive issues, I decided to start helping others do the same. I got a degree in Health Education and got certified in Somatic Breathwork. Today I work with clients to help them heal from the inside out using holistic techniques to free the Mind and Body from stress, anxiety and disease.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My family is warm, loving and kind. They all have big hearts, love food, music, gatherings and community.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
The work that I do is very fulfilling. I get to help people with anxiety, stress and other health challenges such as autoimmune, to restore their Body and Mind into a state of harmony and balance. Before getting into holistic heath I always worked with people and have always been passionate about helping others. I get to do that through my Anti-inflammatory Nutrition Plans, 1:1 Mind Body Coaching, Mindfulness and Somatic Breathwork. Today, I am focused on bringing these practices into larger communities through events, retreats and speaking engagements to bring more awareness to these impactful practices that are absolutely necessary in our high stress world. This year, I am working on finalizing my cookbook, and am working on multiple certifications to deepen my knowledge and help my clients further on their journey to health, happiness and Mind Body harmony.
